About Indo Warehouse
Indo Warehouse is a New York–based South Asian collective and label pushing Indo House into global culture through music, live experiences, and storytelling. We're building a movement, and we need someone who can capture it — camera in hand.
Role Summary
We're hiring our first full-time Head of Content, someone who shoots, edits, and publishes content independently. This role is designed to be hands-on. You'll produce content for live shows, studio sessions, music releases, and brand storytelling. You'll also help develop content strategy, but what makes this role unique is that you carry out your own vision. If you love being behind the camera as much as planning what to shoot, this role will energize you.

What You'll Do
Content Creation (Video + Photo)
Shoot and edit video (short form and long form) and photo content for tours, studio sessions, releases, and brand moments, and more. You'll work in varied environments, from live shows to intimate sessions, and maintain consistent quality across all of it.
Content Strategy & Planning
Plan and execute our brand's content calendar in collaboration with founders. Translate priorities into compelling visual stories that build community and drive engagement.
Production
Shoot high-quality content on tour and in studio. You'll work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments (think low light, loud venues, tight timelines) and deliver consistently excellent results.
Publishing & Performance
Publish content across platforms and track what's working. Iterate creatively based on performance and audience response.
Asset Management
Maintain organized archives with clean workflows that enable fast turnaround and long-term consistency.
Freelancer Coordination
Brief and manage external creators for larger productions when needed, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
