Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Indo Warehouse website, fan portal, and related online services (collectively, the "Site") operated by Indo Warehouse Inc. ("Indo Warehouse," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian. Some features (such as remix contests) may have additional age or eligibility requirements presented at entry.

3. Fan accounts

You may create a fan account with your email address and optional profile information. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and for activity under your account. We use email magic links for sign-in; keep your inbox secure.

You may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, impersonate others, or circumvent restrictions.

4. Communications

With your consent, we may send you email about shows, releases, events, and other Indo Warehouse news.

If you provide a phone number, you may also receive marketing text messages from Indo Warehouse. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site unlawfully or to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that burdens the Site
  • Upload malware, spam, or misleading content
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of Indo Warehouse or third parties

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Site or our community.

6. Contests and downloads

Remix contests, studio features, and promotional downloads may be subject to additional terms presented when you enter or download. Those terms supplement these Terms. In case of conflict for a specific contest, the contest terms control for that contest.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party ticketing platforms, streaming services, social networks, and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including music, visuals, branding, text, and design—are owned by Indo Warehouse or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use the Site as intended. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDO WAREHOUSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in New York, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
